My Journey
My career began with an unexpected pivot. Originally trained as a professional musician, I shifted gears into computer science, leveraging a mindset of resilience, adaptability, and strategic problem-solving. That foundation propelled me into leadership roles, where I broke barriers, challenged norms, and proved that staying relevant isn’t about age or tenure—it’s about evolution.
At 21, I became a project manager. By 30, I was a VP. At 45, a CIO. Throughout my career, I witnessed firsthand how technology shapes industries, yet fails to support the people within them. I saw brilliant professionals—people with decades of experience—left behind, not because they lacked talent, but because they weren’t equipped with the tools to evolve alongside innovation. That’s where my passion was born.
